Mission Statement

The Committee on Fellowship Training in Obstetrics and Gynecology (COFTOG) was organized in order to:

​

• Help fellowships address common issues and problems pertaining to all aspects of maintaining accreditation

• Assist fellowships with common fellowship program components, such as assessment, shared curricula, educational innovation, and program evaluation

• Provide support to fellowship directors and program managers/coordinators with the development of skills for the administrative aspects of directing and managing a fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Encourage collaborative educational research and programming across ObGyn fellowships
