Project Title:  COFTOG Fellowship Manager Resource Center

​

Project Description:

​

The COFTOG Fellowship Manager Resource Center will be an online platform providing easy accessibility to on-demand content delivering short, relevant pieces of information, vital to the success of fellowship program managers supporting any fellowship in women’s health. 

​

Within the resource center, fellowship managers will be able to communicate in real time with one another via the COFTOG distribution list, participate in monthly networking/brainstorming "Coffee Talk" calls with fellowship managers from across the country, promote professionalism, access webinars created focusing on topics important to fellowship program managers, develop strategies to optimize daily program management tasks, and many other features.  Best practice webinar topics will include "A day in the Life of a Fellowship Program Manager", "Prepping for a Site Visit", "Recruitment/Interviews", "Milestones/Goals and Objectives", "Program Manager Wellness", “Professional Development” and other topics.  Content will be created by the project collaborators.  Fellowship managers frequenting the resource center will be encouraged to network with others and share best practices from their institutions.

The COFTOG Fellowship Manager Resource Center site will be updated annually or as the need is warranted.  The COFTOG distribution list will be utilized daily for real-time, time sensitive questions to topics that are high priority.
